Southampton summer signing Moussa Djenepo could make full debut against Sheffield United

Create his Premier League debut for Southampton from Sheffield United this weekend and moussa Djenepo is currently in fact to return from injury.
Manager Ralph Hasenhuttl expects the #15m summer-signing from Standard Liege can make the impact they will have to overcome the newly-promoted Blades and keep their good form.
After picking up a knock djenepo felt off the bench in the win at Brighton but overlooked the draw with Manchester United and the Saints boss claims he is close to returning.
“That’s what we expected when we signed him in the summer – that he can bring us something unique,” Hasenhuttl explained.
“I believe he’s shown that in the few minutes he has played so much; he could be a player which makes a huge difference. It was a pity. I’m sure if he comes back to this weekend he will help.
“The odds are not that big but let’s have a look. We do not need to decide now – that there are two days to go. It looks better. We will have to look if it’s sufficient for him to perform in the weekend.
“I really don’t wish to take an excessive amount of danger because we’ve got a busy September, so we must pay attention.”
Hasenhuttl has had a variety of harm issues but also confirmed that Ryan Bertrand can return at left-back after overlooking both the Brighton and United matches – however, Nathan Redmond remains out.
“Michael [Obafemi] and Ryan [Bertrand] are training with the group. Both of them are options and the rest are fit,” the Austrian said.
“Because of those suspended players we really have to look for a new left-back and he could be one option for me personally, yes.
“Jake Vokins is also an alternative but Pierre Hojberg may also play with there and Cedric also, with Yann Valery on the opposing side. I have very elastic players and a good player can play every position.”
“Everybody came back from the worldwide break with no injuries, so that’s great news. The bad news is that Nathan [Redmond] is still available for us.”
